Focusing on Customer Requirements
Class Description
Many organizations perform at low levels because of a lack of cooperation among the different departments and functions. It is the responsibility of all management, especially supervisors, to develop an organization’s culture that is supportive of customer focus, for both internal and external customers. This includes the implementation of formal methods that encourage focusing on the performance requirements of internal customers.
