Managing Multiple Generations


   

Class Description

This class will focus on best practices for employers, particularly supervisors, trying to lead and manage today's multi-generational workforce. From boomers to Gen Xer's, and beyond, employers are even more challenged today by differences in work ethics, attendance practices, and performance management. Discuss how today's organization is influenced and must respond to the changing expectations of employees, especially younger employees.
