ClassGraphic This 144-hour plumbing level, classroom/ lab base is offered with guidance from the Department of Labor, Office of Apprenticeship.   If successful, the apprentice will be awarded a certificate equal to 144 hours of Related Technical Instruction per Apprenticeship Standards approved by the Department of Labor.    After successful completion, a local certificate is awarded for this level 1.  Accumulation of 4 levels of local awards, along with 8000 hours of on-the-job learning, will earn a student a national certificate of completion from the Department of Labor.
