This class will teach you the skills to navigate a computer. In today’s digital world, knowing how to use a computer is critical. You will learn how to navigate Windows 11, set up and use the start menu apps/task bar, and personalize windows settings. The class is intended to take your computer skills to the next level by learning File Explorer to create files and folders to store your data and learn how to browse the internet safely and protect yourself against online identity theft. In addition, students will learn how to troubleshoot common computer problems and perform necessary maintenance. This class is offered both in-person and through Zoom. Email address required and access to a computer outside of class is highly recommended.
