ClassGraphic In partnership with WE Build Waterloo (Hawkeye Community College and Iowa Heartland Habitat for Humanity), this program provides students with foundational construction trade skills. It covers job site safety, OSHA 10 certification, construction math, hand and power tools, and reading construction drawings. An elective in basic rigging is also offered. The program emphasizes communication, problem-solving, and materials handling safety. Graduates earn certifications in NCCER Core Curriculum, Construction Safety, and OSHA 10, preparing them for further education in construction crafts.
