« back to classes page
Ceding the constant drive to go your own way in a culture that honors individual achievement is pulling-teeth painful to contemplate, but is necessary to achieve the bigger goal. Successful teaming is a next-level professional skill and elevated workplace behavior that you can aspire to, learn, and claim as ability with tools and practice. Whether you come to team meetings with the innate need to control all tasks or you have a natural desire to be an in-the-background contributor, this workshop can help you contribute to your team’s overall effectiveness. Discover how individual accountability, in sharing knowledge as well as tasks, coupled with a challenging goal, can be perfectly merged as teaming. When you are accountable to the whole for a bigger goal, participants will learn they can achieve more than any can do alone.
