Iowa Course for Drinking Drivers Jail Diversion

Please read:  You will take a breath test at check-in, and your result must be .00 to attend. Cell phones are allowed in your hotel room only and may not be brought into the classroom. You may bring snacks and drinks if they are unopened and in their original container. You must attend the entire weekend to receive your Certificate of Completion. After the class, you are responsible for providing your certificate to the court or your probation officer. Hawkeye reports completion to the Iowa DOT within five business days. If the DOT does not show your completion after five business days, first confirm that you completed your substance abuse evaluation, as Hawkeye does not provide evaluations. Then contact the agency that completed your evaluation to make sure they reported it to the DOT before calling Hawkeye.
