CourseGraphic Want to learn how to make cinnamon rolls and other baked goods requiring sweet dough from scratch?  Then this is your class!  In this class, you'll learn how to make a classic orange sweet dough from scratch, then how it can be used to make cinnamon rolls, sticky buns, and how the recipe can be modified to make babkas. Students will take home both cinnamon rolls and dough from the class.
