Nurse Aide Exam - Skills Only

Please read:  Please arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled test time on test days and bring valid photo identification. You do not need to bring a Social Security Card, but you must be able to confirm your Social Security Number. Please report to room 115. The following items are not allowed in the testing area (this is not in the all-encompassing list): No smartwatches, phones, electronic devices, writing utensils, notes, books, personal headphones or earbuds, baseball-style cap, hooded clothing to be up around the candidate's ears and face, coats, bags/purses/wallets, food or drink (includes gum and candy), lip balm, scarves/gloves. Prior authorization will be required for any Medical aid/ devices.
