« back to classes page
The Robot System Operations and Simulation course prepares participants to operate industrial robots and Industry 4.0 technologies, focusing on FANUC HandlingTool and RoboGuide simulation software. Ideal for manufacturing technicians, engineers, and IT professionals, it covers program setup, testing, production refinement, and creating virtual work cells in RoboGuide. Training includes lectures, demonstrations, lab exercises, and pre-/post-tests.
Graduates will understand robotic safety practices, operate and troubleshoot 6-axis robots, define tool center points (TCP) and coordinate systems, backup and restore files, and recover robot operations. They will also create and execute MACRO commands, design subroutine programs, and use RoboGuide to simulate and match virtual models to real cells. This course equips participants with essential skills for robotic operations and programming.
