CourseGraphic Fundamentals of Crew Leadership is designed to support leadership training for front line construction leaders, such as crew leaders and foreman, to ensure their crews contribute safely and productively to active projects. We will cover National Center for Construction Education & Research (NCCER) Fundamentals of Crew Leadership curriculum which provides training on the effective leadership skills and practical leadership applications, such as scheduling, workforce planning, field reporting, and resource control. It also introduces learners to critical modern leadership skills, such as managing diverse crews, addressing performance issues, and resolving conflict. Students will also spend time in our Introduction to Construction Trades class practicing leadership and oversight to build on their crew leadership skills.
