Iowa Independent Used Auto Dealer Update

This course reviews the responsibilities of auto dealers in Iowa and serves as a refresher on maintaining a dealer license. Participants will learn current requirements, including updates to state and federal laws, rules, and regulations affecting the auto industry. The instructor will discuss legislation from the most recent session and provide updates from federal and state agencies. Participants will also review informational videos from the Iowa Department of Transportation Bureau of Investigation and Identity Protection and the Consumer Protection Division of the Iowa Attorney General’s Office. Updated documentation and resources will be provided.
