Advance your everyday proficiency of Microsoft Office 2016 Suite, the most common software tool in the world, and earn the credential that proves it!  This 57-hour certificate program is for those with basic computer skills to prepare you to become a certified Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS). This industry recognized credential will demonstrate to employers that you have the computer skills and competencies required to be successful as an administrative professional. This course will enable you to increase your skills and competencies in each of the Microsoft Office Suite software: Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Hands-on tasks are built into each class to practice what you learn. Final class projects are designed to help you prepare for MOS Core certification. Tuition includes four texbooks, one practice test, and one MOS Exam retake voucher for the software of your choice. You will leave this class with a set of skills that are in high demand.

Please read:  Although prior Microsoft Office experience is not required, it is helpful to have a basic working knowledge of at least one of the Microsoft softwares since this is a fast paced class. If not, we recommend that you review Word Basics at prior to the class. Also, please note that GMetrix practice exams are not compatible with Mac computers, but you will have time in class to practice.
