CourseGraphic Interested in learning how to make low or no sugar jam?  This is the class for you!  In this class, we’ll use a low to no sugar pectin to make strawberry jam.  We’ll also address water bathing the jam for long term storage for those interested.  Each participant will take home a jar of jam.
