This course provides essential knowledge on mechanical drives training, encompassing motor mounting, key fasteners, power transmission systems, V-belt drives, chain drives, spur gear drives, and multiple shaft drives. Learners will focus on objectives such as measuring motor shaft speed, calculating rotary mechanical power, understanding flexible jaw coupling operation, adjusting belt tension, managing chain sag in different applications, comprehending backlash function, and performing sleeve coupling alignment procedures.

Certification Preparation:
The course is tailored to prepare students for the Smart Automation Certification Alliance SACA C-210 Mechanical Power Systems 1 Certification.
