This in-person American Heart Association (AHA) course is designed for healthcare providers who deliver care in both in-hospital and out-of-hospital settings. The course teaches CPR skills for victims of all ages, including ventilation with a barrier device, bag-mask device, and oxygen. Participants will also learn how to use an automated external defibrillator (AED) and how to relieve foreign-body airway obstruction. This course is appropriate for nurses, dental professionals, clergy, social workers, nursing home administrators, and other healthcare providers. Upon successful completion, participants will receive an AHA course completion eCard valid for two years. This course is suitable for both new students and those renewing certification.
