Lean Thinking to Results

ID : 37290
« back to classes page
Do your results sometimes not match your expectations?  When a customer chooses another supplier for their products or services, do you wonder how you could have kept them? To be efficient and effective we need to learn how to approach process improvements by starting with the customer (internal and external) and determining what they perceive as value.  Once this critical step is understood, then a holistic approach of looking at the value stream and application of Lean Thinking can be applied.  Learn what Lean is all about and how to get started, in order to attain the results desired.
