CourseGraphic Conflict is an unavoidable aspect of business, but it does not have to only be seen through a negative lens. In this highly interactive session, participants will engage in discussions centered on the value of conflict, and how it can propel an organization to greatness or inspire innovations. Learn the steps for conflict resolution and apply them either within or outside of your organization. Further develop your skills with these steps and develop an Individual Action Plan based on your natural tendencies and personality. Stop letting conflict cloud your interactions and start gaining some clarity.
